  • Incorporation of items you want to keep

  • In person & Virtual options (In-person visits + on site project management are billed separately)

  • Ordering Service & Exclusive Trade Discount offering

 

Other deliverables and number of iterations vary. Room count, room size, and amount of design/home visits affect overall design fee.

A full on partnership from beginning to end! Best suited for those who are mostly starting from scratch and want a hands-on experience with more in-person sessions together.

 

  • 2-8 months time commitment based on project size

  • Access to trusted contractors/vendors for home renovations/ repairs/installations complete with coordinating and overseeing as needed

  • In-person space measurements & initial consultation​

  • Floor plan/ furniture layout design, mood boards, and design concept presentations with up to 2 revisions

  • Shopping lists & Room model/ Renderings (2D & 3D options available) 

  • In-person visits for sample, color and material review

  • Ordering service and tracking/handling all shipments/deliveries

  • Consistent support & communication throughout the process

  • Styling and install sessions

  • Up to 3 paint color suggestions per room

  • Virtual presentation of full design 

  • Comprehensive PDF of the entire design delivered straight to your inbox 

  • In-person & virtual sessions available as needed

Ideal for consultations and those with a more relaxed time frame.

  • Hours can be bought in bulk or per hour based on the work that needs to be completed

  • Minimum of 5 hours required
